What can I do if I leave something behind in the cab?

Personal belongings left behind in MiljøTaxi cabs will be delivered to the police lost & found office in Stavanger tel: 51 89 90 90.

 What means of payment are accepted with MiljøTaxi?

In addition to local currency you may also pay with most of the common credit cards such as: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, TT-cards. And various requisition solutions with contract costumers may also be used.

What can I do if I forgot to ask for the receipt?

If you have paid by credit card you have to contact the card issuer (bank) in order to retrieve your receipt. MiljøTaxi Stavanger will then deliver a copy of the receipt to the card issuer. For our costumers own safety and security we never hand over the copy of the receipt directly to the cardholder.

Questions concerning impound.

Within 24 – twentyfour hours the driver has to inform the cab central if any possessions has been taken in as a security of payment.

Personal documents such as: passport, drivers license, are not accepted as impound items.

The cabdriver is committed to give the passenger a receipt using the central`s own approved form for impound.

The impound receipt is to have driving route, cab fare, fees, time and place for return of the impounded items.
